About the Role

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a vital part in supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) team by managing key administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

You will work closely with the Compliance Admin Team, Regional Trainers, employees, and candidates across the organisation to deliver impactful training programs that help develop our workforce and maintain our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will include:

  • Scheduling induction, refresher, and specialist training sessions to meet business demands and ensure compliance
  • Coordinating with external training providers as needed
  • Managing day-to-day queries and monitoring course attendance to maximise trainer utilisation
  • Managing and updating the LMS system, troubleshooting issues, and assisting employees with accessing their training
  • Reporting responsibilities including producing monthly training activity reports and supporting Registered Managers and the Quality team during inspections

  • The ability to identify, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • An adaptable and flexible approach, with a motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for learning and personal development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Competence with a range of learning systems, including LMS & Event bright
  • Experience in rostering schedules

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including

  • A full-time, permanent contract (9am-5pm Monday-Friday)
  • A 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave
