Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the smooth running of our award-winning Future Talent Training Programme, supporting apprentices and graduates across various divisions. As a key member of our Talent Development team, you will contribute to high professional qualification pass rates and provide valuable experiences for our graduates. Your role will focus on developing the capabilities of our future talent, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a diverse range of skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Programme Management: Lead the development of Savills' Future Talent programme in the UK, supporting over 500 employees from various divisions.
  • Design, manage, and facilitate workshops and events, including venue booking, supplier liaison, and speaker organisation.
  • Measure Impact: Track and measure programme effectiveness, ensuring they meet objectives and add value to the business.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience at programme manager level within a Learning & Development team.
  • Training programme design expertise.
  • Event management and facilitation skills.
