Job DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Client Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Management Team to deliver monthly and quarterly sales plan achievement and sales strategy for Client Advisors;
- Developing individual action plans with Client Advisors to increase sales and improve performance;
- Focusing on talent management, including coaching, motivating, and inspiring Client Advisors through effective use of the performance management process.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership and a passion for developing talent.
