Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Onboarding Training Analyst to join our team at NatWest. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality financial crime and onboarding training programmes.

About the Role

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the Onboarding Management team and stakeholders across Mettle and NatWest Boxed to identify, assess, and deliver targeted training solutions.
  • You will play a key role in designing and implementing effective training programmes that meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver excellent financial crime and onboarding training programmes.
  2. Work closely with the Onboarding Management team and stakeholders to identify and assess training needs.
  3. Design and implement effective training programmes that meet the needs of the business.
  4. Maintain accurate records of training delivery and participant feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in training development and delivery.

Benefits

NatWest offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a £60,000 - £80,000 per annum salary range, depending on experience. We also offer a range of other benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
