Sales Performance Coordinator

First Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced sales professional to fill the Telesales Executive position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, securing new business, and building strong relationships with existing customers. Key Responsibilities

* Drive Sales Growth: Target and develop additional sales from existing Customers and exceed company targets.

* Customer Relationships: Manage a call cycle for existing Customers, building strong rapport and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants should have:
* Minimum two years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP systems like SAP or Sage.
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
