Internal Sales Manager

The Sales Team Leader position at First Recruitment Services involves leading a high-performing team of Internal Sales professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing talent, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Manage a team of Internal Sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Talent Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to help Internal Sales team members develop their skills and knowledge.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimise sales processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a sales leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a track record of achieving sales targets.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
