Job Opportunity: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our Vistry Group Careers team at our Hailsham development in East Sussex. As a key member of our sales hub, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales hub, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Take ownership of the sales process with customers, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus.
  • Mileage allowance and agile working possibilities (dependent on role).

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, delivering under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceptional sales performance.
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of customer relationship management software.
