  2. Manage Payroll and Benefits Provider Transition: Oversee the implementation of a new payroll and benefits provider, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the business.
  3. Payroll and Benefits Management: Manage the global payroll and benefits function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Payroll and Benefits Provider Sourcing: Source and implement a payroll and benefits provider that meets the company's needs.
  5. Compensation and Benefits Expertise: Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market.
  6. Education and Certification: Possess a bachelor's degree in finance or business, and a certification in payroll or compensation is preferred but not essential.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing global payroll and benefits for a leading marketing company.
  • Previous experience sourcing and implementing a payroll and benefits provider.
