ROLE OVERVIEW

Croud, a global full-service digital marketing agency, seeks a seasoned professional to lead its payroll and benefits functions. As a key member of the HR team, the successful candidate will oversee the strategic development and implementation of global payroll and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local, regional, and international regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global payroll and benefits strategy, aligning with the company's business objectives and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Lead the transition to a unified payroll and benefits provider, negotiating contracts and service level agreements to optimize performance.
  • Manage global projects aimed at improving payroll and benefits systems, processes, and policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of global payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness, and implementing standardized processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, regional, and international payroll and benefits regulations, developing and maintaining policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure audit readiness.
  • Develop and manage global compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs, conducting market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll and benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of global payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.
  • Proven experience in selecting and managing third-party providers.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in compensation planning and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Certification in payroll or compensation (e.g., CPP, CCP) is a plus.
