About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on leadership duties in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional standards of care. You will inspire and motivate your team to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, setting the highest standards and developing strategies to achieve your goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in caring for residents with different health needs is essential, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. A strong knowledge of sales and marketing, budget management, and supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship are also required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
