Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional standards of care.

You will inspire and motivate your team to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, setting the highest standards and developing strategies to achieve your goals. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional standards of care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality
  • Manage safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
  • Support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Salary and Benefits
