Ecommerce Strategy Lead

E-commerce Manager (en)
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online presence and sales across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in e-commerce and 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and product content on Amazon.
This is a crucial role that requires attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to execute existing and develop new marketplace initiatives. As part of our Operations Team in the UK HQ, you will work closely with senior management to drive e-commerce strategies, manage day-to-day operations, and optimize our online presence for maximum traffic from search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pricing, queries, support, and product listings on Amazon, eBay, and our own platform
- Develop merchandising strategy and deck to ensure a well-merchandised site
- Plan and execute promotions to maximize growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations, customer service, updates, post-listings, promotions, and performance

Requirements:
- Background in e-commerce and online selling
- 2+ years experience dealing with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and project management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
