Ecommerce Director

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Bigjigs Toys Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead our eCommerce journey across multiple platforms and marketplaces.

• Product Management: Manage products across the Shopify platform, including listing, pricing, and product content.
• Marketplace Management: Coordinate with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and other marketplaces to ensure optimal performance.
• Analytics and Reporting: Drill down into marketing channels and site performance metrics to explain variances to business.
• Merchandising and Promotions: Develop and execute merchandising strategies, including product placement and promotions.
• Customer Service: Oversee day-to-day customer service, including resolving queries and addressing customer complaints.
• Project Management: Lead initiatives to improve eCommerce operations, including process improvements and system enhancements.

• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, including Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Shopify, ChannelAdvisor, and other eCommerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
