Ecommerce Sales Manager Job Description

Job Title: Ecommerce Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to lead our D2C sales channel in the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods or e-commerce and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute D2C sales strategy for UK&I to meet and exceed KPIs.
  2. Manage sales on brand websites and coordinate closely with marketing teams to ensure commercial excellence in everything we do.
  3. Collaborate with the Product Management team to implement promotional plans, and implement category growth strategies.
  4. Analyze consumer data for conversion rate optimisation and to enhance consumer experience.
  5. Oversee secondary sales channels like marketplaces, affiliates, brand partnerships.
  6. Drive digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Ads).

About the Role:

This is an office-based position working from our Luton office. Hybrid working options are available.
