**Job Title:** Cloudflare Support Expert

At Fortice, we're on the lookout for a skilled Cloudflare Support Expert to join our team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project that requires your expertise in Cloudflare applications and user policies.

As a Cloudflare Support Expert, you'll be responsible for configuring Cloudflare applications and user policies on WARP VPN, as well as implementing Cloudflare Web Application Firewall policies. You'll also need to amend AWS Firewall rules and create Secure web gateway policies.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £70,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Cloudflare applications and user policies on WARP VPN
  • Amend AWS Firewall rules
  • Implement Cloudflare Web Application Firewall policies
  • Translate application diagrams and information into VPN policies
  • Creation of Secure web gateway policies

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need a good understanding of VPN technologies with experience of rollout, as well as experience with Zero trust technologies. A background in Network operations (TCP, IP, Firewall amendments) is also essential.

You should have knowledge of Public DNS, device posture, and Certificates and their management. Experience with API Scripting is also desirable.
