- This role involves supporting the site HSE Manager in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to minimize potential hazards.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of health and safety principles, laws, and regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk controls to mitigate potential hazards and promote a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols, promoting a culture of safety and well-being throughout the organization.
Estimated salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
