Job Description:
The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and implementing our risk management policies and procedures, with a strong focus on cryptocurrency-specific risks. This includes monitoring and assessing our risk exposure in the cryptocurrency market, formulating effective countermeasures, and designing risk assessment models and tools.
As a key member of our team, you will assist in developing our risk management strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency sector. You will also collaborate with internal departments to establish risk control measures and supervise their implementation, particularly in the context of cryptocurrency transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Risk Management Policy Development: Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures that cater to our cryptocurrency business operations.
- Risk Assessment and Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess our risk exposure in the cryptocurrency market, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Countermeasure Formulation: Formulate and implement effective countermeasures to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the stability and security of our operations.
- Risk Assessment Models and Tools: Design and execute risk assessment models and tools to identify and quantify potential risks in the crypto space.
- Risk Management Strategy Development: Assist in developing our risk management strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Collaboration and Supervision: Collaborate with internal departments to establish risk control measures and supervise their implementation, particularly in the context of cryptocurrency transactions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in financial risk management, with a proven track record in managing risks associated with cryptocurrencies.
- Crypto Market Expertise: In-depth understanding of financial markets and products, especially as it pertains to cryptocurrency markets, with strong risk identification and assessment capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Native proficiency in Chinese, both written and verbal, as well as good communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with different departments across different geographical locations.
- Risk Management Tools: Proficiency in using risk management tools and software, including those specific to the cryptocurrency market.
- Regulatory Compliance: A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in risk management, especially within the cryptocurrency space.
