About the Position: We are looking for a qualified accountant with senior level experience in governance and financial management to join our team as a Risk Management Advisor. As a key member of our Audit & Risk Committee, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction and ensuring the effective management of risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage risk across the organization, ensuring that we remain compliant with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide Expert Advice on Financial Reporting: As a senior finance professional, you will provide expert advice on financial reporting, ensuring that our financial statements accurately reflect our financial performance.
  • Work with Internal and External Auditors: You will work closely with our internal and external auditors to ensure that our audit processes are robust and effective, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
