Strategic Programme Manager
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programme Manager to join our team at Featurespace. As a key member of our Professional Services Organisation, you will lead multiple medium to large implementation projects concurrently for our customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure all project objectives are met through delivery of the project as per the customer Contract and Statement of Work (SoW).
Your Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic project plans to meet customer requirements and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional project outcomes
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team
The Ideal Candidate
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and programmes to successful completion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PMI, Prince 2 and Agile
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to deliver business outcomes
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000-£100,000 per year, depending on experience.
