Job Summary


As a Device Program Manager at Novartis, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional device project teams to deliver high-quality products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Project Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and oversee device projects, including risk management, documentation, and design transfer.
  • Development Oversight: Conduct market research, user research, and concept development to ensure innovative and user-centric designs.
  • Design History Files: Create and manage Design History Files and associated documentation for combination products, following regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and represent cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with professional trends.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure inspection readiness and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice.
