We're seeking a seasoned Medical Device Development Manager to join our Neurotech team at TTP. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the development of innovative medical devices from concept to commercial launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale medical device development projects, combining technical leadership with project management responsibilities.
  • Take ownership of product design architecture, crafting and selling development plans, and maintaining close working relationships with clients.
  • Build and motivate project teams, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of novel technology-driven products.

About the Role:

Our Neurotech team focuses on IPG systems, intra-operative tools, and non-invasive therapies for various indications. As a Regulated Medical Device Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of product developments, from early-stage novel technology exploration to clinical trials and commercial launch.

Requirements:

  • A background in engineering or a scientific discipline, with experience in medical device development and team management.
  • Project and/or team leadership experience in neurotechnology, implantable devices, or an adjacent regulated medical device field.
  • An understanding of complex multi-disciplinary system design and quality systems and regulatory processes.
