Biotech Diversity Program Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Associate Program Manager to join our team at LabCentral Ignite. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our signature Career Forge Program, which aims to empower underrepresented professionals to access careers in the biotech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scale and innovate the Career Forge Program, bringing creative program design strategies, techniques, and tools into practice.
- Engage employers and build real-world career placement opportunities for program participants.
- Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including instructional partners, industry sponsors, and educational institutions.
- Support the writing of grants and manage awarded grants and related reporting.
