As an Associate Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our signature Career Forge Program, which empowers exceptional career-ready individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to access meaningful career opportunities in biotech.

The Career Forge Program is a groundbreaking initiative that identifies and nurtures talented professionals through intensive lab-based training, soft skills development, and industry engagement. Your mission will be to scale and innovate this program, leveraging creative strategies, techniques, and tools to drive participant tracking, key metrics monitoring, and employer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine tools, such as our online Job Matching platform, ensuring seamless integration with talent participants and hiring organizations.
  • Design and implement evaluation strategies to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform annual OKRs and progress reports.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with stakeholders, including instructional partners, industry sponsors, non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and internal LabCentral team members.
  • Support grant writing, co-manage awarded grants, and ensure related reporting is completed in a timely manner.
  • Promote the Career Forge Program through effective communications, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Evaluate and secure necessary resources, equipment, and learning lab facilities for each cohort.

For this role, we are seeking a results-driven project manager with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You should possess a passion for supporting demographic diversification in the biotech industry and have experience in program or project development and management, preferably in a higher education setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, and ability to manage a budget are also essential.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental premiums fully covered, long- and short-term disability, life insurance, unlimited vacation, three months of fully paid parental leave, 401K match up to 6%, and more.
