About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations, including supplier and customer contact, general administration, and supporting the sales team.

Key Tasks
  1. Answering Phone Calls: Assist with answering phone calls and taking messages where necessary.
  2. Welcoming Visitors: Welcome visitors to the office and provide them with assistance as needed.
  3. Booking Appointments: Book appointments and travel arrangements for the Director.
  4. Supporting Sales Team: Support the sales team with producing quotations and taking payments.
Requirements
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a flexible, professional approach to work.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of working in a busy and varied administration role.
Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £26,100 per annum (£13.50 per hour), based on 20 hours per week. Free parking is also available.
