Office Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to join our team in Reading, UK (with relocation to London in Q4 2024). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing office administration, supporting our facilities suppliers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, including reception duties and mail handling.
- Support facilities suppliers and coordinate daily tasks.
- Prepare and publish internal communications on various topics.
- Manage office layout, including desk assignments and cabinet allocations.
- Arrange meetings and events, such as birthday parties and company gatherings.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid work permit required.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of office-related activities.
- Resourceful, independent, and detail-oriented individual with good time management skills.
- Computer literate with MS Office Application skills.
- Good team player with ability to work under pressure.

Estimated Salary Range
