Office Support and Coordination Specialist

HONOR is seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Support and Coordination Specialist to join its team in Reading, UK. As an essential member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for various tasks, including coordinating daily checks, preparing internal publications, and managing office layouts.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Receiving information from facilities suppliers and disseminating it to all employees.
- Preparing and publishing internal communications regarding office maintenance, policy updates, and public transportation disruptions.
- Overseeing office layout modifications, including desk assignments, drawer arrangements, and cabinet allocations for new and departing employees.
- Organizing meetings and events, such as birthday parties, Easter celebrations, and Christmas events, ensuring smooth logistics and decorations.
- Managing stationary orders, inventory, and distribution.
- Welcome and onboard new employees, providing them with a seamless transition into the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Valid work permit; note that HONOR does not provide visa sponsorship.
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of office-related activities.
- Resourceful, initiative-driven, detail-oriented, and independent individual.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Strong team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in English; Chinese is an asset.
