Job Title: Office Management Coordinator

HONOR, a leading global provider of smart devices, is seeking an experienced Office Management Coordinator to join its team in Reading, UK. The role will be based in London in the future.

This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly skilled and organized individual who can coordinate office operations efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage office layouts, including desk, drawer, and cabinet assignments for new and departing employees.
  • Prepare publications for internal communications, including office maintenance updates, department policy changes, public transportation strikes, etc.
  • Arrange and support meetings and events, such as birthday parties, Easter, and Christmas celebrations, venue arrangement, decoration, table setting.
  • Order stationery, manage inventory, and distribute supplies.
  • Welcome and onboard new employees.
  • Oversee all activities related to in-office support, internal communications, asset management, helpdesk, and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a degree in Business studies/Administration/Management or above.
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Hold a valid work permit; HONOR does not provide visa sponsorship.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of office-related activities.
  • Resourceful, initiative-taking, detail-oriented, and independent.
  • Computer literate with MS Office Application knowledge.
  • Good team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to respond positively to unexpected situations.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
