Customer Experience Supervisor

Burberry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Training Team Leader to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in its stores. As a leader in the retail industry, Burberry is committed to fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Salary:$80,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
The Digital Training Team Leader will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive category sales and provide real-time coaching to ensure great customer experiences. This includes supervising sales associates, driving sales goal attainment, and managing customer flow to ensure excellent service delivery. Additionally, this role requires strong partnership skills to work closely with the Store Manager to develop and retain talented employees, lead new joiners through onboarding, and resolve difficult customer issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to use digital tools and Apple mobile devices fluently. You should also possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as the ability to create and maintain a positive and harmonious work environment.
