Accounts Payable Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase ledgers and processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with purchase ledger software to process invoices.
- Match purchase orders with received goods or services.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Regularly reconcile supplier statements and review them with the Accounts Assistant.

- You must be a reliable and efficient team player.
- You should be experienced in using software to manage financial transactions.
- You need strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- You should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
