Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Ledger Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase ledgers and processing invoices accurately and efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with purchase ledger software to process invoices.
  • Match purchase orders with received goods or services.
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones.
  • Regularly reconcile supplier statements and review them with the Accounts Assistant.

  • You must be a reliable and efficient team player.
  • You should be experienced in using software to manage financial transactions.
  • You need strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • You should have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
