Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales and Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Services UK. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing both Sales and Purchase ledgers, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing accounts to Trial Balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate all supplier invoices">
  • Request supplier statements and reconcile these to our ledger">
  • Prepare bi-weekly payment lists">
  • Post payments against the correct supplier accounts">

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

5+ years of bookkeeping experience

">

Extensive knowledge of Sage accounting software

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Detailed understanding of financial regulations and compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
