Glenholme Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker for our Waking Night shift. The successful candidate will work 9:30PM - 7:30AM with alternate weekends off, providing essential care and support to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Teach independent living skills, empowering individuals to manage their daily lives.
- Contribute to general household duties, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
