Support Worker for Vulnerable Youth

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Enfield-based Childrens Sexual Exploitation Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide direct support to young people, develop and implement care plans, and contribute to the overall delivery of services.
You will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including education, health, and social care. A collaborative approach and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
The salary for this position is £23,000-£28,500 per annum, based on a 35-hour week and hourly rate of £21-£26. This estimate takes into account the location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct support to young people, including one-to-one work and group sessions
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
