About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Professional to join our team at The Bleep 360 Group Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting and guiding children through their developmental years, providing care and attention they need to thrive.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, ideally in a residential setting, and hold a relevant qualification in Level 3 Residential Childcare diploma or be willing to undertake the qualification and training.

Responsibilities
  • To assist in creating a safe and nurturing home environment for children and young people, tailored to their age, understanding, and identified needs.
  • Provide support with all aspects of their daily lives and encourage them to participate in decision-making related to their care.
  • To promote good health and welfare, identifying and meeting the needs of young people through effective service provision.
  • To develop positive relationships with young people, enabling them to build upon existing skills and acquire new ones.
  • To act as a positive role model and prepare young people for successful transition into adulthood.
Requirements
  • Experience working with Children and Young People (ideally in a residential setting)
  • Relevant qualification in Level 3 Residential Childcare diploma (or a willingness to undertake the qualification and training)
  • Ability to write clear and detailed reports
  • Good character and integrity
  • Resilience and tenacious qualities
