Youth Development and Wellbeing Specialist

As a Teaching Assistant at Realise Education, you will have the opportunity to work with students who face emotional, behavioral, or learning challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one or small-group support tailored to individual needs
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons
- Supporting student wellbeing through active listening, empathy, and encouragement
- Observing and reporting behavioral patterns to inform interventions
About the Location
We are based in a secondary school setting, working with students aged 11-16. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive learning environment, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to making a positive impact on young people's lives.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
