We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in South Derbyshire. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with older adults to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
About the Role:- Work with a diverse range of older adults with varying needs and abilities
- Conduct occupational assessments and develop personalized plans to promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers
