Job Description

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be the face of Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, creating memorable experiences for our guests from arrival to departure. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for during their stay.

You will work closely with our front desk team to manage guest interactions, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes and efficient check-in services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating matters when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional service, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback and use it to inform improvements to our services and facilities.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel setting.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
