Guest Service Ambassador

At Hilton, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.80, plus a range of benefits including free car parking, discounted bus fares, and 28 days holiday per year.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring an efficient reception experience for guests, including check-in/out, and completing audit procedures as required
- Keeping the Guest Service Supervisor fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
- Responsible for taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues
Requirements include:

- Excellent grooming standards
