About the Role:
">As an Estate Manager with Places for People Living Plus, you will be responsible for the overall management of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, secure, and meet the needs of our residents. - Managing the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including arranging repairs, decorating, and minor building works">
- Providing advice on rent and service charges, benefits claims, and financial needs support to residents">
- Supporting vulnerable residents with their daily lives, promoting safe and secure independent living">
- Collaborating with our income recovery team to reduce rent arrears and ensure timely payment of rents">
- Building and maintaining relationships with residents, local authorities, and other stakeholders">
