They have a strong track record of performance but charge high fees and use aggressive marketing tactics. The firm has a large and loyal client base, looking for UK-based Norwegian speaking professionals to support Investment Counsellors in Norway.

The Job:

You will work in an energetic environment managing daily tasks at one of the world's top private money managers. You are encouraged to ask questions, improve processes, and propose solutions. Your performance will be evaluated based on meritocracy and your employee development will aid in your progression and growth within the firm.

You will help Investment Counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiries, producing reports based on prospective clients' current situation, and reporting to the Client Service Team Leader who will aid in on-the-job training and professional development.

Your Background:

  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is beneficial)
  • Native/Fluent Norwegian and English skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a wide array of audiences via phone and email with a focus on client service
  • Based in London

What We Offer:

  • £43,000 per year (£35,000 base salary + £8,000 bonus)
  • 28 days annual leave, increasing to 30 after 5 years of service, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional days
  • 9% company pension contribution with an additional company match up to 5%
  • 100% coverage of supplemental medical and dental premiums for you and your qualified dependents
  • Enhanced maternity pay subject to 12-months continuous service
