TTEC is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Representative - Norwegian-English, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maximizing sales opportunities. You will work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers, identifying and capitalizing on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs.

We are committed to providing excellent sales, product, and systems training, as well as ongoing sales coaching to ensure your success in this role. The ideal candidate will have fluency in both English and Norwegian at an advanced C1 level, demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques, and competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. With a passion for goal setting and negotiation, you will bring a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process, and appointment setting.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
