About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Sales Leader to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet client business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, particularly in 5G, IoT, and network transformation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services and solutions
  • Manage and be accountable for the financial performance of accounts, including revenue growth and profitability

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in Telecom Sales roles, with significant exposure to large telecom operators
  • Proven success in managing large-scale accounts and fostering strong relationships with telecom clients
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans
  • Experience leading and managing high-performing teams across technical and business disciplines
