We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Sales Leader to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, nurturing long-term relationships and fostering partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies that meet our customers' business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-added services.
  • Telecom Market Expertise: Stay updated on trends and innovations within the Telecom sector, particularly in the areas of 5G, IoT, network transformation, and digital services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the portfolio of our services and solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project delivery across technical and business domains. Provide mentorship and development to team members.
  • Technology Transformation: Leverage your expertise in Telecom technology transformation (e.g., network virtualization, cloud, AI, etc.) to drive digital transformation initiatives within client organizations.
  • P&L Responsibility: Manage and be accountable for the financial performance of the accounts, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
  • Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both clients and the company.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Champion innovation by working with internal teams to develop new solutions and services aligned with the needs of our customers.

About You

  • 12-15 years of experience in Telecom Sales roles, with significant exposure to large Telecom operators.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven success in managing large-scale accounts and fostering strong relationships with Telecom clients.
  • Telecom Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Telecom operations, network infrastructure, digital services, and emerging technologies (5G, IoT, AI, cloud, etc).
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and managing high-performing teams across technical and business disciplines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address complex business challenges and drive solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
