Job Description: Junior Sister Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to join our team as a Junior Sister Charge Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the AMU department, including the Acute Medical Ward and SDEC unit.

Your duties will include supporting senior team leaders with financial and physical aspects of budgetary management and clinical unit activity levels. Additionally, you will work flexibly according to service demands and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

A salary of £53,500 - £59,200 per annum is available, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career advancement.
