Nurse Practitioner Role

Meditalent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled staff nurse to work in a modern private hospital in Ashford. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, supervise junior team members, and contribute to department audits.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure all care areas are safe, fit for purpose, and effectively managed.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to junior team members.
- Assist in delivering post-operative care and manage medication safely.
- Accurately document patient data in systems like Compucare and Endobase.
Remuneration: The salary for this role is estimated at £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits and paid enhancements. This includes 25 days holiday a year increasing during employment, private medical insurance, a private pension scheme, free on-site parking, part-time hours considered, SFA training provided, enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption leave, employee referral scheme, learning and development; free courses and industry recognised qualifications, friends & family hospital discounts, NHS Blue Light Discount Card, and more.
Eligibility Criteria: To apply, you must hold a valid NMC Pin (Nursing and Midwifery Council), have post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting, and possess excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
