Job DescriptionThe job involves assessing and monitoring patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests, and recognizing deterioration in physical or mental condition. You will also be responsible for displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Health Visitor environment within the last 2 years.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car.
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing and current NMC registration.
