Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide support to a 16-year-old female client with complex health care needs. The role involves providing care at the client's home in Folkestone and later transitioning to support at a school based in Ashford.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, working closely with the client, their family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care, manual handling, medication administration, social interaction, and play support. You will also have knowledge of nebuliser use, suctioning, non-verbal communication techniques, enteral feeding, cough assist therapy, and oxygen administration.
