Join Our HR Advisory Team

HRLife Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our small, friendly team. As an HR Advisor - Employee Relations, you will play a key role in advising managers on a range of Employee Relations issues, utilizing your knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and best practice to guide and advise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on Employee Relations matters to managers and employees
  • Work closely with the outsourced ER provider to review cases identified as a risk
  • Develop and deliver training programs to upskill line managers on Employee Relations best practice
  • Conduct research to identify the latest trends and related materials in Employee Relations
  • Support the delivery of ER projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an ER-heavy role, ideally in a commercial environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days a week in the office
