Job Title: HR Business Partner

At HRLife Ltd, we are seeking a proactive and commercial HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and creating HR initiatives that enhance our function and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of HR to develop and implement HR projects that drive business results
  • Provide commercial advice on HR issues and upskill managers on employment relations matters
  • Develop and implement learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement
  • Improve HR processes and policies to reflect best practices and support the employee experience
  • Project manage HRIS integration and cultural change programmes

Requirements:

  • CIPD level 7 qualification and previous experience in a commercial business
  • Proven experience of working on HR projects and utilising data to inform business decisions
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes
  • Ability to work in a hybrid pattern, with 2 days per week in the office
