Job Title: HR Business Partner

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client, a leading provider of advice, support, delivery, and consultancy services across various industry sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the people agenda and add value by delivering solutions at both a tactical and strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and drive HR strategy and projects across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the Head of People, Senior Management, and stakeholders.
  • Proactively gather, evaluate, and analyze data to support the implementation of HR initiatives, including areas such as people management and dynamic headcount strategy.
  • Support the Head of People on regular cadence calls with Heads of Practice/Senior Line Managers, providing advice and influencing them to own and manage their people.
  • Act as a change agent to support business transformation in line with Company objectives, managing project deliverables, briefing documents, workshops, and line manager training sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern HR procedures, legal matters, and best practices, working collaboratively with the people team to introduce and embed new ideas and initiatives to the Company.
  • Support the identification of HR training needs across the business and coach and develop employees in areas such as Line Management, Dignity at Work, and legislative matters.
  • Review and update HR processes to improve workflows and modernize HR practices.
  • Support the Head of People in reviewing and managing costs associated with people initiatives, internal team spend, and employee benefits to ensure rates are competitive.
  • Coach the Senior People Advisor and People Coordinators, sharing knowledge and expertise to aid their development.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as an experienced HR Consultant/HR Business Partner.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional planning and consultative approach with project management skills and experience.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders and senior managers through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and application of employment legislation.
  • Highly driven, proactive, and passionate about HR practices, seeking to innovate, modernize, transform, and improve culture, processes, and the employee experience.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity successfully.
  • Strong written, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively at all levels.
