Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Support residents with personal care needs and facilitate their participation in various activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to complete Level 3.
  • Passionate about caring for older people.
  • Previous care experience.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Kind, warm, and caring nature, with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use your own initiative.
